Conferenza internazionale su ‘Asylum and the Charter of Fundamental Rights’

Il 22-23 Maggio 2018 si terrà a Roma presso l’Aula Marconi del Consiglio nazionale delle ricerche la Conferenza internazionale organizzata dall’Istituto di studi giuridici internazionali su ‘Asylum and the Charter of Fundamental Rights’.
La Conferenza si colloca all’interno del Progetto Judging the Charter – The Charter in Judicial Practice with a Special Focus on the Case of Protection of Refugees and Asylum Seekers (No JUST/2015/JTRA/AG/EJTR/8682).
Il Progetto è finanziato dalla Commissione europea, Direzione generale ‘Giustizia’, ed è realizzato congiuntamente dall’Istituto di studi giuridici internazionali (Isgi-Cnr), dal Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights (BIM), dall’Institute for Law and Society (INPRIS), dal Centre for European Constitutional Law – Themistocles and Dimitris Tsatsos Foundation (CECL) e dall’Office of the Ombudswoman, Republic of Croatia.

The Institute of International Legal Studies is organizing the International Conference organized by on ‘Asylum and the Charter of Fundamental Rights’ that will be held in Rome at the Marconi Hall of the National Research Council on the 22^nd and 23^rd of May.

The Conference is part of the Judging the Charter – The Charter in Judicial Practice with a Special Focus on the Case of Protection of Refugees and Asylum Seekers (No JUST / 2015 / JTRA / AG / EJTR / 8682).

Funded by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Justice, the project is jointly implemented by the Institute of International Legal Studies (Isgi-Cnr), the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights (BIM), the Institute for Law and Society ( INPRIS), the Center for European Constitutional Law – Themistocles and Dimitris Tsatsos Foundation (CECL) and the Office of the Ombudswoman, Republic of Croatia.
